AXM — Actors Exchange Management

AXM (Actors Exchange Management) is one of the UK's longest-established co-operative theatrical agencies. Founded in 1983, and with over 40 years of industry experience, we represent a carefully selected roster of actors working across film, television, theatre and commercials.

By combining personal representation with a collaborative co-operative model, we give our clients both industry expertise and a genuine voice in their careers and we are proud to be regarded as one of the most respected boutique agencies in the business. Our success is built on mutual trust, collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence.

We deliberately keep our roster small, with an average of around 20 clients enabling us to provide a highly personal and proactive service and ensuring that every client receives focused attention, dedicated support and genuine career development. As a co-operative agency, our clients know and support one another, creating a collaborative environment that is increasingly rare within the industry.

Screen & Stage

Our clients work extensively in theatre and across television, film and streaming platforms. Screen credits include productions for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, HBO, Apple and Netflix, alongside independent feature films, projects with the National Film and Television School (NFTS), and numerous short films.

Our clients have performed at the National Theatre, in the West End, Shakespeare's Globe and major repertory and regional theatres throughout the UK, as well as numerous No 1, national and international touring productions.

Alongside our work in theatre, film and television, we maintain strong relationships within the commercial, corporate and educational sectors and have an excellent track record of securing high-quality opportunities for our clients across these areas.
